To check the wagering progress for an active bonus, log in to your account, then visit the dedicated section for active bonuses in your profile.

There, you will see your wagering progression as a percentage.

On our Promotions page, you can find various bonus offers. For some promotions, there may be a limit as to how many times or how frequently they can be claimed; therefore, we suggest that you read the Terms & Conditions of the promotion that interests you before claiming it.

Our Welcome offers are available to newly registered players after making their first deposit. To claim any bonus, certain conditions must be met; therefore, we advise that you check the Terms & Conditions under the desired offer on our Promotions page.

Most games will contribute towards the wagering requirement. However, some games will contribute more than others.

Once you reach a total of 100 Loyalty Points, you will be able to exchange them for bonus money.

To do that, visit the relevant page on your profile and select the number of points you wish to exchange.

Special promotions you may have received should include the information in the offer and/or include a link to the Terms & Conditions.

A Wagering Requirement tells you the value of bets you need to place during a specific time and may apply to various situations. A deposit needs to be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested, a bonus needs to be wagered to release any winnings from the bonus balance to the cash balance, and so on.

Please note that the wagering contribution may differ depending on the game. Details can be found in the general Terms & Conditions.

Example:

• You receive an offer for a 50% Deposit Bonus with a wagering requirement of x35, a validity period of 10 days, and make a 50 EUR deposit.
• To calculate the wagering requirement, add the deposit amount and the bonus amount, then multiply the total by 35.
  Formula: (Deposit + Bonus) × 35
• In this case:
  (50 EUR + 25 EUR) × 35 = 2,625 EUR
• To complete the wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling 2,625 EUR within the 10-day validity period.

To claim a bonus, simply follow the instructions of the promotion to qualify and receive the offer. Please visit the Promotions page for more information.

After you make a qualifying deposit, a notification should pop up to let you know that a bonus has been claimed, and you will need to click on the Activate button.

If the notification does not appear, or if you close it, you should still be able to find your bonus in your profile section and activate it from there.

In case the bonus does not automatically become available for activation in your profile after your qualifying deposit, please contact Customer Support before playing with the deposit to request a manual credit.

How can I use Free Spins?

Log in to your account, and after you activate or manually receive your Free Spins, open the eligible slot game where your spins can be used. Most games will display the number of available Free Spins before gameplay begins.

Once all Free Spins have been used, any winnings will be credited to your bonus balance and must be wagered according to the promotion's wagering requirements.

Example: If the wagering requirement is x40 and you win 10 EUR from your Free Spins, you must wager 400 EUR (10 EUR × 40) before the winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
